Hydraulic Press Safety
We design, build and service safety solutions for mechanical and hydraulic presses. Integration of turnkey systems is
offered as well as modifications to existing systems. Safety relay logic circuits or custom micro-processor based
systems can be incorporated into existing presses in accordance with the new CSA Z142-02
press standard.
Robot Cell Safety
Obsolete or retired robot systems are re-invented, new programs designed and a new cell is created, Todays' safety
requirements are implemented and a 21st century system is ready for re-integration back into an ever progressing

ASAP offers complete and comprehensive design services for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic
systems. The Integration of a safety package requires a fluent understanding of these systems as well as the applicable
standards and codes. Mechanical safeguarding systems such as perimeter fencing built to code specifications complete
with safety interlocked door access, light curtains, laser sensors and safety relays appear as standard on all our
special purpose built machines. These features however are available to be designed and integrated into any existing
machine or automated cell system that currently does not conform to the governments' regulated safety standards and
codes.
