Assessment - Quotation

ASAP's evaluation of customer equipment, tiered quotation process and inter-active approach enables the customer to ultimately decide on the scope and timing of the repair.

Refurbishment

As the scope of work is decided, replacement parts are manufactured or purchased for the re-assembly back to or better than OEM condition.

Sub-Assembly Rebuild

Existing and new parts are inspected before re-assembly. Painted and tested, these components are good as new and ready to ship, complete with a full warranty.
ASAP also offers on-site installation.

Muffler Machinery

ASAP can refurbish all or part of your Muffler Machinery. Once the Muffler equipment has been assessed, a three tiered quotation detailing Recommended, Urgent and Critical parts and associated labour is forwarded. Customer inter-action is key to deciding the scope of work and scheduling.

Once the machine is completed, a thorough components check and part run off is performed and signed off before shipping.
